- Products and Prices
- All products presented are in our stock, if something comes up we will immediately contact the customer with a solution.
- Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
- We reserve the right to change prices and descriptions without prior notice.
- Purchase Process
- To make a purchase, you must select the desired products and add them to the cart.
- When finalizing the order, you will be asked to provide personal data necessary for processing the order.
- After confirmation of payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
- It is not necessary to register to proceed with the purchase.
- Payments

- Multibanco: Payment by entity and reference.

- Shipments and Deliveries
- Products will be shipped to the address indicated at the time of purchase.
- Delivery times vary depending on the location of the recipient and the shipping option selected.
- If there are delays in delivery, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
- Returns and Exchanges
- The customer can return the products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
- Personalized or personal use products are not eligible for return.

- Warranty
All products sold at PlayOptica have a legal guarantee against manufacturing defects.
- If a product has a defect, the customer must contact us to activate the warranty.
